They don't tell you what the exact numerical break down is, though why I have no idea. It seems like there are about 100 or so Honorable Mentions. You can continue to qualify for the WotF Contest until you have made the necessary sales to qualify for full SFWA membership (one novel or three short pieces to qualified markets). I had not even thought of the Heinlein Centennial. Are they doing a contest of something?
