Progress Report:
The Novel, Still Nameless
I can feel the story racing toward the barn door now. I expect to finish soon, perhaps in three weeks, if I can keep up the pace. I'm hoping that a satisfactory title will present itself during the re-write phase.
The next novel is already whispering seductively into my ear. Oh, yes, it is.
Gaius Longinus. Pamphile. The Spear of Destiny. Jesuit Priests. Evil Antiquarians. Talking Icons. The extensive tunnel and cave systems running under the Twin Cities.
mmmm.
I plan to attempt to finish re-writing And A Song In Her Hair over the weekend. We're also planning to re-arrange the Den/Temple/Guest Room into a workspace I can use.
In the meantime, I have to prepare for tonight. I'm going to GM a few sessions for our gaming group, maybe the next five or six. I'm nervous about it; I haven't GM in some time.
Plus, I need to prepare for CONvergence, so I don't end up sitting on my panels and saying nothing.
In Deep Peace
