Thanks for the advice; I will keep that in mind. I feel pretty good about the six hours of sleep a night, simply because once I shifted the schedule, I was sleeping and resting better, which makes me more awake and alert during the day, and more likely to do things like exercise regularly, as opposed to being a big old slug. I think the getting up thirty minutes earlier is probably not going to happen, in truth. I tried it a couple of times this week, and it felt too early and too little in the sleep department. It seems six hours is about right for me, at least for now.
