I've been thinking about the novel as I'm cleaning. I mean really, how much of your brain do you really need to mop the floor?
Not much at all. That's the one thing I liked about working at Burger King. I'd go in stumped about some math or programming problem, and after mulling it over while doing mindless work I'd figure out a solution.
