I would love to write for Doctor Who but I get the sense that they do most of their stuff "in house." there are also unique challenges of writing for a show in the U.K. while living in the USA Midwest. I'll start with show on U.S. TV first. I would consider Fringe more except it just got moved to a time-slot that kills shows.
