Words and Housework

mmerriamMoving ahead on the novel, slowly and steadily. 440 words so far today, I expect to get more tonight. I plan to eventually climb back to my 1000 words a day level, but I'm still trying to shake off the rust. What I got today, while hard to chip from the brain, was also good, I think.
I am better, except the cough continues to nag me a bit. I'll keep bulling along until it gives up and goes away. I didn't get out for my walk today, so I'm a bad Michael of that level, but I did get some housework done. Laundry is caught up, dishes done, dinner picked out, bed made, trash and recycle at the curb. Tomorrow there will be sweeping and mopping. Isn't that exciting?
So, I've succumbed to LJ peer pressure. Behold the meter!
