I hear you. I went once, and despite being a generally able-bodied fully-sighted extrovert who regularly goes to Arisia and Worldcon, had enough frustration mixed in with the fun that I haven't been back. (The main pain point was the hotel situation, since I wound up at one that wasn't even walkable from the RadiShTree, but that wasn't the only reason I decided it wasn't worth returning.)
