Even with just one second to go, I was still worried they'd lose. It sure was a great game. If it couldn't be the Jets (who suck right now), I'm glad it was the Giants.
I know, when I saw New England had thirty-five seconds and all three timeouts, I thought for sure they were going to at least get the game to overtime. The Giants defense stepped up big in that game.
Not just the Giant defense, tho it was awesome. The key to the win was Manning evading being sacked and getting the ball to Tyree. That was unbelievable. Of course, at the time, I was afraid it would be wasted.
That play where Eli avoided the sack and Tyree made that amazing catch (both with Pat defenders all over them) may well go down as the Greatest Play in Super Bowl history.
