Six days ago my wife and I lit the fireplace as seven inches of snow fell in Hopkins, MN, mostly sideways at that, because of the stiff wind.

Today I put on my shorts, t-shirt, and sandals, and cleaned the patio.

Dudes.

Animals The Reverend Selena Has Seen Through The Patio Screen Door Today and NOT EATEN:

Multiple Grey Squirrels
An Eastern Chipmunk
A Cottontail Rabbit (probably an Eastern Cottontail)
Numorous: Phoebes, Chickadees, Grosbeaks, Sparrows, Crows
One each: Cardinal, Raven, Red-Winged Black Bird
A pair of: Canadian Geese, Mallards
And the biggest Rock Dove (aka Pigeon) I've ever seen.

Sounds like Reno weather -- except we get that over one day.

I've seen it do that wort of thing in one day here as well. We had a day last year where it snowed, then warned up 60 in the afternoon, then had freezing rain overnight.

Yeah, we're going through the same inconsistent up-and-down-weather here.

I have no idea if it's going to be thermals or t-shirt 'n jeans until I wake up.

I once, when living in Oklahoma, stood in mud up to my ankles, sand blowing in my face, sun in my eyes, throwing snow balls...

Spring is so weird here. Alternating snowstorms with days where you ponder getting the window AC out for upstairs. having to decide whether to gas up the snow blower or the lawn mower. LOL.
