It got seriously nasty here for a few minutes, quarter-sized hail, 70 mph winds, raining sideways, lightning, the whole works.

I was at work in Bloomington and it got as dark as midnight and then the winds and rain and some hail started up. The power crashed and we were all urged downstairs to stand in a gloomy stuffy back corridor. When the power was still out at 3 pm, they finally let us go home. So...I went to the library and am hopping around on LJ. Beautiful day out now. I think a coffeeshop and some writing are on order. ;)

Hope my poor precious plants are okay at home.
