Okay, just so anyone who might be interested knows, this what's going on with the TC Speculative Fiction Writers Meetup for October. This is the email I received from the organizer this afternoon. TC SF Meetup is always looking for new people join the conversation.

Okay gang -- I heard back from a few St. Paul people so we are proceeding to have a Meetup at the Black Dog. Some important information...

PARKING AND/OR RIDES:
There is paid parking, and if ANYONE needs a ride, let me know! I may be able to offer a couple rides or find someone else in the group who will do so, but I need to know now!

ANOTHER MEETUP:
Just so you guys know, there is one other Meetup meeting in the place. They're Democrats and have reserved space for 10 people. The Black Dog should be more than big enough for both
groups, but if you have not met with us before, we will be the ones with the really cheesy handmade sign saying "SF Writers." They will have slickly produced Campaign lit. I think you will
be able to figure out which is which.
