Townhouse Living

One of the hazards of Townhouse living is shared walls. Now, our place is pretty sound-proof, but almost every night I can tell what the people I share a kitchen wall with are cooking. They use a lot of onions and peppers, which drives careswen bonkers. There are other heavy smells, from time to time.

Tonight they are apparently broiling a car tire. A used car tire.

I wish they'd stop.

Try turning on your stove fan. I'll bet that the vent shaft is shared between the two of you. You'll lose a little heat and use some electric, but it may be worth it to you to lose the smell.
