I just watched my silly cat charge into the closed patio door in an attempt to get at a chipmunk.

Alas, someone forgot she can't walk through glass.

Heh! We used to have a cat who would sit and watch the birds through the sliding glass doors like it was his TV. One of the funniest things I've ever seen is that same cat, sitting there staring at the *closed drapes*. He was one of the dumbest cats I ever met. *g*

My dad used to have a cocktail(sp?) who would fly into the patio door which had black lace hanging over it in an attempt to have the silly thing keep from hitting the glass. Then we had a chow who would run at the wooden door.

usually the resounding thunk would send me into peels of laughter.

My cat meows at invisible things on the wall, down the stairwell, on the floor, etc. He has also hit a glass door at full speed, attacked himself in the mirror, fallen in the toilet, and numerous times jumped short :)
